Hello Lee Families! I hope that you and your students have all had a chance to connect to teachers this past week. We will continue with the supplemental learning plan for this week, April 6 – 10 th . The school website that can be found under “Schools” on the Salem-Keizer website will have the plans for this past week and the current week. Hard copy packets are also available at the Lee food site during the pick up times, 11:00 to 1:00. Online learning is scheduled to begin Monday, April 13 th . As we move forward into the coming weeks, know that we are all learning about this new way of teaching and learning together. We are here to support you every step of the way. Q: APPLY FOR SECONDARY TRANSFERS MARCH 1-31, 2020

Apply for Secondary Transfers March 1-31, 2020 5 th grade students who want to attend a middle school other than their assigned school next fall (2020-2021) must apply for an in-district transfer (IDT) between March 1 and March 31, 2020. IDT applications received after March 31, 2020 will not be considered. IDT request forms can be picked up at any school’s office and must be completed and returned to the student’s assigned middle school during the application date window. All schools will be closed during Spring Break, so you will need to turn your In-District Transfer forms to the District Office during that time. There is no guarantee a transfer request will be approved. Students attending school on an IDT are not eligible for bus transportation. More information on the in-district transfer process can be found on the Student Transfers page on the district website, http://www.salemkeizer.org/parents/studenttransfers .
